Diamond Discussions is a dynamic way to engage young people K-12 in talking about the plight of endangered species. At its simplest level, the debate shows all animals are important but sometimes you have to make a decision about who you can protect given insufficient resources. At the highest level of discussion, utilize internet resources to prove your point and then master the limited budget you are given as a nonprofit working to save animals from extinction. Throw in consensus and this discussion technique is great for all.

The Cluster of resources also includes "Diamond Dandy" who introduces the whole exercise about the animals and the requirements of a debate. Conclude with an awesome quiz and this is one of our most popular items.
